Nice to meet you!

I’m the founder of KVM Coaching and I work with motivated people like you who want to empower themselves and embrace a new journey that will give them financial freedom and more time with their loved ones.

I train people on how to source and market properties and provide coaching on how to scale up a successful business. I love bringing together like-minded people and coaching them to grow their own business in the Serviced Accommodation industry.

So how did I get into this industry?

Prior to becoming a Property Investor, I completed my MBA and worked for Global University System (GUS). I worked my way up from the Office Manager to the Managing Director for various acquisitions. Although it was a good job, I was working like crazy!

I used to spend four to five hours a day travelling to and from work, another eight to ten working and probably another two to three hours working from home. I began to ask myself… had my life really become all about work? I felt like I was missing out on the things that were most important to me – my family and friends. I became frustrated at how little time I was spending with my daughter. I hated the fact that she had to be in the nursery from 07.30 am to 6.00 pm in order for me to still do my job! Nearly 12 hours in the nursery for a one-year old child. I really didn’t want to be ‘that person’ anymore. The desire and longing to spend more time with my precious family encouraged me to look for other ways to replace my income while having more flexibility.

An opportunity presented itself in the Serviced Accommodation (S.A.) industry, and within six months I had replaced my income. By successfully negotiating with Letting Agents and Landlords, I acquired all my properties on a Rent to Rent basis, and became the proud Founder and Director of KVM Serviced Accommodation Ltd. 

Why coaching?

I always wanted to inspire/support others to reach financial freedom and in 2018, I had the amazing opportunity to join Touchstone Education to mentor others on S.A. It was a truly amazing experience and this has led me to create my own coaching program to hopefully inspire and help others to financial freedom. 

I am now a passionate S.A. trainer and coach who wants to help motivated, entrepreneurial women, like you, to break free from their 9 to 5 job. I can’t wait to support you through this life-changing journey.
